What is the minimum guest count?
We accommodate events from 10 to 1000+ guests. Each booking is personalised to your scale and budget — just tell us your numbers and we'll tailor a package.
How far in advance should I book?
For regular events 2–3 weeks is ideal. For weddings or large temple functions, 1–2 months gives us time to source the freshest ingredients. We do accept last-minute bookings — call us first.
Do you handle dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, and allergy-aware menus are all within our range. Please mention requirements at booking so we can plan with care.
Can we taste the food before booking?
Yes — we encourage a tasting visit at our kitchen. A small tasting fee applies, which is deducted from your final invoice once you confirm.
Do you provide serving staff and equipment?
Yes. Trained servers, all crockery, serving vessels, and setup are included in our standard package. Custom décor and chafing arrangements available on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Within 14 days, 50% of the advance is retained. Contact us early for emergencies — we try our best to accommodate unforeseen situations.
